Viewing Time: Inspection Dates: Tuesday, January 11th, 11 a.m.-5p.m. or by appointment. You are encouraged to join out inspection days. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on items. It's the buyer's responsibility to check

Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-Up: Thursday, January 13th: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. or by appointment. We need these items picked up in a timely manner. Location: 22366 401st Ave., Lanesboro, MN 55949 (Near Highland, MN)
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
