Viewing Time: Inspection Day: 🕵️‍♂️ Tuesday, December 17th: 3–6 PM Please inspect items before bidding. No refunds or returns—buyers are responsible for checking item condition and completeness.

Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-Up Dates: 🚚 Thursday, December 19th: 9 AM–6 PM 🚚 Friday, December 20th: 9 AM–3 PM 📦 Shipping available (but bulky items can be expensive—local pick-up preferred).
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
