Viewing Time: 🛠 Inspection Days: Wednesday, January 1st (3:00–6:00 PM) & Sunday, January 5th (11:00 AM–2:00 PM) Make sure to check out items in person—no refunds or returns.

Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: 📦 Pick-Up: Tuesday & Wednesday, January 7–8th (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) Local pick-up preferred; shipping available for most items. 📍 Location: 504 Bluffview Road, Rushford, MN 55971
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
