Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-Up, Monday, October 14th: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. & Tuesday, October 15th: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Only! Shipping Available. Heavy & Bulky Items Can Get Expensive! Please keep this in mind while bidding! Local Pick-Up Preferred Auction Location: 5775 West 6th St, Goodview, MN 55987
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
