Viewing Time: Inspection: By Appointment – No refunds or returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items for condition and completeness.

Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-Up: Tuesday, June 10th, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. only Location: 504 Bluffview Drive, Rushford, MN 55971 Shipping: Available. Fees apply.
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
