Viewing Time: Inspection Date: Tuesday, April 29th from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Location: 137 Candlewood Dr., Winona, MN 55987 We strongly encourage you to attend inspection to verify condition, completeness, and functionality. All items sell as-is. No refunds or returns.

Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-up, Thursday, May 1st: 9 A.m.-6 P.m. Only! Location: 137 Candlewood Dr., Winona, MN 55987 All items must be picked up during the scheduled time. No exceptions.
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
