Viewing Time: Inspection Day: Saturday, April 12th | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. We strongly encourage you to attend inspection day to examine items for condition and completeness. All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.
Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.
Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-Up Day: Tuesday, April 15th | 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (or by appointment) Location: 6522 Ferndale Road, Rushford, MN 55971 Shipping Available – Please note, heavy and bulky items can be expensive to ship. Local pick-up is preferred when possible.
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.
Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
