Viewing Time: Inspection Dates: Sunday, November 26th: 1-3 p.m. You are encouraged to join our inspection days. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on items. It's the buyer's responsibility to check item(s) for completeness, condition, and working condition.

Premium: 10% Buyer Fee added to your items unless otherwise stated.

Tax: 7.375% will be added to your items without tax exempt form.

Pick-Up and Pay Times: Pick-Up, Wednesday, November 29th: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. ONLY Location: 5775 West 6th St, Goodview, MN 55987 No Shipping Available! Local Pick-Up Only!
If you can not pick up your items, please make arrangements or please do not bid. We do not provide delivery.

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% fee) or Good Check (with a positive I.D.) payable to Becker Auction paid on pick up day before removing merchandise. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pick up day for credit or debit card purchases.
